First of all, hi to all :).

Now let's talk about my problem. I need to achieve some specified frontpage layout where articles from K2 categories will be displayed. Frontpage should look just like on the picture. Also I would like to change sometimes size of the article image (when for example two articles/news which i recently added are very important).

Any ideas how to achieve sth like that?

Only with help of duplicating K2 modules (or modules of other developers) and with custom positions in your template.
Joomla extensions are not capable for this by itself.

Yeah unfortunately i have to deal with this by using one module with different settings (a lot of work...),but maybe the satisfaction will be bigger after the end ;). Thx for reply :).

As i see it you need only 3 different stylings (3x every separate class/div) for your new custom positions in template.
So it is not to much maybe.
