Can anyone let me know what i might have done to cause this...

When i am logged in to the front end and navigate to a K2 item that i have edit rights to i can click on the edit item button and the edit window opens but it is completely blank. I have tried different users and i cant think of what i might have changed to cause this to happen. I used to be able to edit through the front end.

Any ideas on what i can try to get it working again?

ok it was my fault. I switched Joomla error reporting to Maximum and it led me straight to the problem which was a typo in my correction of
<?php if($extraField->type = 'header'): ?>
in itemform.php
