I bought the component today but I am at a complete loss as to how to use it. I am not a programmer so I would need a step-by-step instruction about its usage.

My Joomla site has close to 40,000 articles and about 30 categories/sub-categories. K2 simply refuses to import that many articles and that is why I bought this component. It installed fine but I have no idea how to create a CSV file.

I just realized that when I open the Import/Export component, it does not show any Joomla category to select and export. See the attachment. Is this normal?
