I am using K2 in a responsive template, however I have discovered that the reCAPTCH box in the comment section is not resizing. I came across this on GitHub github.com/chrisvanpatten/responsive-recaptcha and was wondering if anyone has implemented this in K2.

I see there is an option for a Custom theme setting for reCAPTCHA in the K2 spam settings. Any idea on how one might go about setting a custom theme in the K2 directory structure?

I've not used the responsive-recpatcha but it's quite easy to implement a custom recaptcha. See here

I've not used it on K2 but on Chronoforms ReCaptcha

I decided to edit the css to make it responsive.

See if copy/pasting this code into your template css fixes the issue:
