Is there anyway I can create my own input form for front-end users?

There are a lot of things I don´t want to have in the current form.
Fx the following fields:

Title alias
Featured

I would also like to remove all fields in the sidebar except Start and Finish publishing.

Last but not least, I would like all extra fields to be move from the Extra tab to the main area, so they are together with the rest of the input form.

Ohh yes, I would also like to remove all buttons below the Content field.

I know that all this can be done by removing/adding code, but I would love an easier way - an form editor.
