please post a link to the tutorials you have tried.
You can always add them to the images before uploading them. Unless you use some custom css it will be trickey to do without re-uploading the images

You need to play with this in item.php in models folder, Admin part of K2.

I remember that i once tested and managed to get watermarks over images, but dont remember how.
