K2 cache folder was created by Pero Mero
Is there a chance that K2 when I add images in articles from "Browse server" option dont create new two images in media/k2/items/cache (Large and XLarge).
Is there option that I have just that one (XL) picture at my folder on server at images/photos
I use Joomla 2.5.8 and K2 2.6.2

K2 creates all the sized files by default and they are selectable at the category level to show in different views. You can control the default sizes they are created with the image paramaters either globally or per category

That's not what I asked. I do not want that K2 creates a new file in media/k2/items/cache. I want the image in the article is only in one place ... in images / photos directory

ok, sorry, i dont think you can change where the item and category image is stored, but
you can set the k2 media managers home directory by content-media manager- options and changing it there k2 media manager will respect it.

Not really. William meant that you just change the root folder of the media manager.
