I need help with the removal of the link on the item tittle and picture.

This is my first site I have created and 100 % un-experienced.
Could somebody advise me how to do this?

you can disable it in item view in category listing option inside category. But u have to keep in mind joomla/k2 works in CAM(category-article-menu Hierarchy).
