After talking to the people in joomla works regardig this issue. they gave some directions to turn of the jquery to load, which i did. Still does not work, see attachments

I have never change anything since the initial setup of the website, and now this is happening. any idea how to fix this

BackEnd / Plugins Manager / SimpleImageGallery/jQueryLib : Load v1.8.X latest AND not the ALways load the latest version Save and See if better.
