I'm trying to customize the content module this way:

first item: Title, floating left image, introtext, comments
other items: Title, comments

I found two solutions.

Using two instances of the module with an override in the second one for hiding the first item.

Adding a class to the first item in the list, so I can customize the appearance using css and "display: none" property.

Is there another way to get the same result using just one instance of the module loading image and introtext just for the first item without using the "display" property?
