i really want to see a button/funtion whatever to let users delete their own articles from frontend.
I have a community site which allows about a dozen people to create content from frontend. But when such a content provider wants to delete his own article, he either needs backend access or he can only depublish his article

Problem with deplublishing is that the user gets redirected to his own, now depublished article, resulting in an error message telling him, he has no access to the article anymore.

Problem would be solved if he gets redirected to a specific page or if he gets an regular delete button.

Currently there is not an option for deleting or mass deleting items on the frontend.
On the other hand a user can unpublish his items if he has the correct permissions.

Hi! There is a problem when a user unpublishes an item in the frontend. After saving the item, page reloads and, thus there is no item anymore, error 404 appears.
There is some method to change this redirections when saving an item?

I think such feature needs to be enabled by Joomla team first.
