Hello everyone!

I am trying to apply the quicksand jQuery script:

...into the category item listing (specifically Links listing). But the "filter" that I want to apply with this script so that i can arrange the items is an extra field alias, in which every single item has a value from that specific extra field. The implementation of the script is almost done except one thing: I need to list all possible values from that extra field alias (just once) so that I can make the filter button at the top (see DEMO).

So what php function do I have to implement into "category.php" template so that I can list ALL possible values of a specific extra field alias associated with that category?

I found out that Mini k2 module (portfolo view) - demo.templateplazza.com/joomla/index.php/mini-k2-content/minik2-in-portfolio-style does more or less what I want...
But it works with categories filter instead of extra fields...
Can anyone point me at the right direction so I can make mini k2 working with a specific extra field alias?
