FYI i am not a programer.
I want to add a category to my web site using the k2 component of Joomla 2.5 . Is there a Joomla 2.5 for dummies? So I can go step by step to find my way around the K2 area.

I was given this but it is not helping.
Step 1 - Create Category
Step 2 - Create navigation link under menu manager > More Info Menu
