Unneccessary headings was created by Paul Sudbrock
Using K2 » Categories how do I remove the heading "Subcategories" and the Sub-category blocks heading "Veiw Articles" when editing a category. These to are unnecessary in my design.

Thanks for any help.
Paul

Hi Paul Sudbrock,

go to your K2 => Categories,

you have many option list [Show/Hide]:
  • Category Item layout
  • Category view options
  • Item image options

.... inside the Category view Options...
you have "Sub-category handling"

maybe disable it? ;-)

Best regards

Thank you for the response.

Unfortunately, that can only disable the whole. I still want the titles to appear. I just want to get rid of the unneccessary headings of "Unterkategorien" and "Artikel anzeigen... "

I believe that this change can only be made of the css or php files that drive the subcatagories. I don't believe the menus offer this alteration. I have to admit that I could have overseen them.

Thanks again for the response. :)

Solved
A friend of mine that has way more knowledge than I placed a few css bandaids over my problem. This is one of those places that could be considered for changing or providing control of in a feature version. Thanks K2 team for providing such a great tool!
