I'm relatively new to K2, and had installed it on a demo site to try it out; liked it, so I installed it on a customers site to give more front-end flexibility.

It turns out, though, that I ran into some pretty major conflicts between the K2 system plugin and different jquery sliders I had installed: Widgekit and DJ Image Slider, among them. I've since uninstalled K2 and moved on - I'm wondering if anyone has run into similar problems in the past and if you've found a workaround or fix? I know it's not a ton of detail, but a similar situation would be helpful. Thanks.

Not sure if this helps, but I had and am still sorting out similar error, what I did was go to K2 admin / Parameters / Layout & Views & in jQuery library handling and try out different settings then test results in Firefox using the Firebug plugin, click on on the console & error tab then refresh page to see if you are still getting errors. Also you can view page source to see what scripts are loading.
