Template override not working was created by Matt
I want to override the following file in order to add some 404 returns for search engines:

components/com_k2/helpers/permissions.php

I put the file in

mytemplate/html/com_k2/helpers/permissions.php

But it's not working. Isn't it possible to override helper files at all?

I dont think its as simple as output overrides. I have been reading about it for some time.

Hi Matt,

I'm working to the override plugin.. it's works properly but i'll just put a try catch and some validation.. because it is a little bit unstable..

when I'll release it ... I'll tell you...

Best regards,

Emond, Jean-Philippe

Thanks you two. Oh well, as I thought it's not so easy. I will wait for your plugin and in the meantime I have to hack the core.
