K2 Content Module links to blank page

K2 Content Module links to blank page was created by Odin Mayland

I am using the K2 Content module to display k2 items from the last 30 days.

When I click on the image it brings me to a blank page with this link:
isl.stellarprintnetwork.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=1121:educational-series-flyer-30692&Itemid=380

The ":educational-series-flyer-30692" in that link is the name of the K2 item. I have never seen this before.

Did I or another admin change a setting that is adding this title to the url AND is this what is making the link not work?
