I've tried this solution but it didn't work for me and the reason why seems to be that I am using SEF URLs. If anyone can highlight how would I make this work with SEF URLs activated I would be greatly appreciative.

Can anyone assist me with this? I just need to add an active class to the mod_k2_content item title when I have Joomla SEF urls turned on.
