Is it possible to show more than 20 list items in the Categories view in k2? It's difficult to set the correct order when the list of categories spans 2 pages.

Also when I have a category with sub-categories and I try to move the parent category - the sub-categories do not move with it. How can I move a parent category to the top of the list of categories so that it displays first.
