I have a huge site running in joomla 1.5.2 with K2 v2.3

I need to upgrade my joomla version to Joomla! 2.5.9 and K2 v2.6.5

Is there a way i can export all my items align with galleries from k2 2.3 to my new and fresh K2 2.6.5??
