The menu is set to display items, image and name only, in 3 columns. But it displays it in one. Have set Category and menu items for 3 columns. I am using K2 2.6.5 and joomlabamboo template Responsive. Have tested it with the Atomic template also and it does not work in that either.

Also when I set a menu item Category and set it to use 2 columns it only uses 50% of the display areas but it does not use the 2nd column.
