How to remove brackets around "number of votes"

How to remove brackets around "number of votes" was created by Uldis
Hello!

At the moment I'm stuck with one problem. I don't know how to remove brackets around text "0 votes".

It is displayed as "(0 votes)" and I would like to achieve "0 votes"

These brackets are not located in "category_item.php"
These brackets are not located in language file
Text "(0 votes)" is output by "<?php echo $this->item->numOfvotes; ?>"

Could you please suggest where could I change this?

Its actually in com_k2/models/item.php file ... line 985
