Hi:

I'm running Joomla 3.0, default install on localhost in a sub directory, using mampp. I have enabled SEF links using htaccess.

Site Location
http://localhost/mysite/
http://localhost/mysite/administrator/

I have followed the instructions at:
getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates

The custom templates are not being registered by the system despite being in the correct location

I am not able to see them when I try attach them to a k2 item from the k2 categories manager or elsewhere in the admin panel.

I am able to see the directory when I Open up the extension manger an click on discover.

Any ideas as to why?

BTW, I was able to add custom templates to the componets/com_k2 directory and they were picked up.

Thank you.

Please type the exact path you are using for your override files
also, are you using more than one template and do you have a second template assigned to the page in question?
