i want to assing "Category List" option to menu, in there it not shows the categories made in K2, and in K2 "Category list" is not available

Because I'm guessing English isn't your first language your post isn't massively clear.

Are you trying to create a menu item that links to an individual category?

If so you need to create a new menu item -> Menu Item Type -> K2 -> Categories

K2 is completely independent of Joomla categories and articles so they won't show up there. The 'Category list' is just for Joomla articles. You need the one described above. Then select your categories.

yes as you mentioned that its independent from joomla categories, i manage to do all within k2.

now another issue is on the main menu all drop downs are working, but i recently created a menu and category for it when i am on that menu page all of the dropdowns not works.
