I have the archive module on and of course it lists by months.

I need to limit the posts seen on every month to only 2 posts per page.

How can I do that specifically for Archives categories (months)

In normal categories there is this option from K2 settings, but those settings do not apply in archives module!

I have found that I can change that in the global parameters.

Is there a way to do it for a single instance of the module?

You would have to override the output of the module and filter the data that is displayed to do that
