Trying to replace the image in the item area however it keep deferring to the old image instead of the new one. I've cleared cache on browser and joomla. Any suggestions?

I have run into this problem before. Try clicking the checkbox to remove the image, then save, so that the image is completely gone. Then try uploading the image you want again. This should work.

I tried that as well and it still doesn't replace it :-(
