I want to achive some educational directory plan, I have attached Images, for details, can we do this with K2 Content ? or with any component ?

I would try making University department of biotecs the top level category
Create an override - and put modules anywhere tabs in the category.php
Use the category desc for the Overview tab (with modules anywhere as the sidebars)
and use k2_content modules for the other tabs
where ask and answer, photos and videos and courses would be subcategories of University department of biotec

It would be a complicated override.
K2 splitContent may also be usefull
