Not sure if this is an issue with my template or something that is a setting in K2.
If you look at my site motofrog.net you will see that on the home page the article has a white background, but if you go to another article, there is no white article background.

Any thoughts?

It is a CSS issue from your template, try adding ' background: #fff; ' to the .item-page class.

Maybe you might want to add some padding as well.
