Is it possible to set image position in grid view for all in columns the same. No dynamic. if item titel is long than all others items have blank space after titel and for all images is the same position.??

You have to change your template's CSS code.
You have to set a fixed height for your titles and then you have to set overflow:hidden or text-overflow:ellipsis.
