I love extended user fields because it allows me add social profiles to my K2 authors
The Google Plus button is particular important because of the rel="author" property. When you set your G+ page link you can attribute your posts to a specific author. The authors image can then show up in the search result pages.
K2 User Extended does not handle this very well.
In the plugin template the rel="nofollow" not rel="author"
Google has an option to add ?rel=author to the end of the G+ Profile link but the template adds a "/" to the end of the profile link and that breaks the functionality of the link.

In the next release of User Extended Fields would it be possible to either
1. Set a control value that allows the Administrator to turn on or off rel="author"
2. Change the plugin template from
