Hi, i created 3 user groups, one can only create item, another can edit item and the other one can publish articles, all the groups have permisions on the same category.
The problem is that whit that struture the idea is that one group can create items, so the other group can edit them, so the other group can publish them, BUT, the groups can not see what the other ones have created, they can only see what they have created.
I need that this groups see what the others have done in a certain category, CAN THIS BE DONE?.

Hello Gaston,

For the second user group you forgot to enable Edit any item in the parameters.
As for the third I dont't think that is possible by default.
You have to enable them to both publish and edit items of others.

Edit own: yes
Edit any: no
Publish: no

Editor:
Publish commentary: no

Edit any: yes
Publish: no

Publisher:
Publish commentary: yes
Frontend edit: yes
Add item: yes
Edit own: yes

But it does not work

I'm using the k2 user module, wo when i loged in and went to my page, i do not see what the other users did, but if i use a menu item to call the category i can do it (IF THE ARTICLE ITS PUBLICHED - but it doesn't work if it isn't published), so what i really wanna know is: Can i see what other users have created using the k2 user module (my page option)?.

I NEED that the editor users, could see the unpubliched items from the author users group
