When using CSS4k2 and a custom template located at /www/templates/a4joomla-winter/html/com_k2/catfish should images folder be uploaded to?
By this I mean the images directory which contains the stars and the +- image buttons to increase/decrease the font size.

Please could someone reply suggesting the full path for the above scenario.

The answer is put the images folder at: /www/templates/a4joomla-winter/html/com_k2
