I have K2 v2.6.5 installer on Joomla 3.

My problem is that two categories of items are not showing.

I have a menu with 3 titles that leads to different K2 category list. The 2 first title works perfect both regarding that you see the categories and when you click a category you see the items.

But on the 3rd title you only see the categories and a number showing that it contain this number of items-



BUT when you click a category you get a blank page.




I checked if it inherented permission like don't show, but all categories (including settings) are the same because I made copies and didn't touch any setting, so this shouldn't be possible.

I have much experience with Joomla, but I'm new to K2 so I hope you can help.

This seems to me like an issue with your template.
I think it doesn't output your component area.
Maybe an if statement causes this bug.

Do you think this is possible when it works on the same page with same template only the link and category is different? For example I have another menu link, which links to another category list and here it works fine.

What confuses me is that as mentioned earlier that I have copied the parent category so these settings can not be different.

It is possible if your menu settings are not correct.
Double check these two menu items.

I looked the menus through and nothing.

I then finally systematically found the error!

I had copied categories for all menus as a template category. This worked great for parent categories, but for children categories I needed to copy the template children category and not a parent category.
