www.meubel-idee.nl/projecten shows a category portfolio of K2-items. In the current configuration, when you click on the K2 item image (configured in the item itself), it opens a lightbox.

I would prefer the link on the image to directly open the complete item, eg. what the "Read More" button does (below the description: Meer foto's).

I have tried finding the answer myself and I think I have to edit some kind of item.php file. Which one is it (as there are more on my FTP-server) and what to replace?

A) You should upgrade to Joomla! 2.5.11
b) From what I can see your template already has the desired functionality.
If you still want to override it you must read the documentation section, it has a very interesting article on overriding first.
