In the comments block the standard text is "Enter your message here..." How do I go about changing the text to something else?

Login to the backend, and go to Extensions > Language Manager, then click on Overrieds

Now Click on the New button, and endtr K2_ENTER_YOUR_MESSAGE_HERE in the "Language Constant" field, and enter your new text in the "Text".

Then Save & Close
