Please help us to resolve this serious issue been driving us long & long

I am facing really strange problem, I dont know why its happening :ohmy: i am tired to face this.

These just seen.

I assigned all categories to menu items, as it has to be when i typed any actual url such as

demosite.com/cat-A/url-must

Now Above URl i can access through other assigned menu item categories

such as
demosite.com/cat-b/url-must
demosite.com/cat-c/url-must
demosite.com/cat-d/url-must


i can access with all menu items Alias.

I checked in my XMAP sitemap, Actual URL is recorded only once.

But i also confirmed and seen in google these urls are indexing. (Really Crazy)
Please help.We beg to resolve this issue, its harming us alot i wish we could go back from k2 But not possible now :(

These multiple URLs are caused from the Joomla!'s router. This applies to all extensions (com_content as well) and not just K2.
If you need a 301 permanent redirect to the item URL, best for SEO you should use an extenion like sh404SEF.
