Hey all I am having to rebuild a site with 3.0 and could use a little help rebuilding this experience.

This is the site I need to replicate:

You will see the tabbed filterable functionality on the homepage and the filmography page.

I am confused at how the tabbed filterable capabilities are built without tabber. Is this functionality that tabber provides or is there another solution?
