You need to develop a K2 plugin for this. You can however insert a module area inside item.php between the intro and the full text.

I made the module loud after introtext, but this no sense because no articles are the same< and I want it inside the middle of the article< Im looking for that piece of php code that resolved my issue, I digging some modules that make the same function like sp_news to know how grabbing, with no success
