I am no K2 expert by any means, but my site suddenly started displaying one category differently a few days ago. I have a news area, and now each post displays 5 of the latest posts above the post itself. I am not sure what setting affects this.

To me it almost seems like the order of content is what is the issue, but this just has me confused.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is a K2 content module with the ID 152. You should check its Menu Assignment settings and hide it from the categories you wish.
