"... component/k2 ...", iframe & Workaround was created by Franz Wohlkönig
Hey,

only on Sites with iframe i get at Profil-Modules an URL with "... component/k2 ..." (other Cases works fine with sef and sh404SEF-Integration by k2). I dont wanna use Menus (Hidden-Menus dont work in this Case), So i use Redirects to get a clean URL.

Hello Franz,

You can also use K2's advanced SEF to strip component/k2.
I am pretty sure that sh404SEF should do the trick as well though.

Hy Krikor,

i use both (k2SEF + sh404), works fine. Only in 2 cases not:
1. Profil in iframe-Menu
2. Tag-Cloud on Category-Startpage

Solution for 1.: Redirect; Solution 2.: Don't use it.

Thanks for your Time
Franz

I suppose you have tried a lot of solutions but have you tried not caching the tag cloud module?

Hy Krikor,

thanks for your Question - the default-Cache in Joomla is no, so i dont cache the Module. I also tried different positions - same "... component/k2 ..." in url.

If i get another idea, i try it - caus thats the way to learn.

Greeting
Franz
