There is a non closing <div> tag on your template overrides.
Possibly the #itemListPrimary one. This is located in category.php

Use your browser's developer tools and locate that div element.
You can also test your page with the HTML Validator.

Finally as I already told you its missing a closing </div> tag. Open category.php from your template's overrides folder ( there is a tutorial about that in the documentation ) find the div I mentioned and close it.

If you just installed K2 and did nothing more, then there is a bug with your overrides.

You should report it to the template developer and I am sure he will be happy to fix it for you.
