Is this duplicate content?
And should I block this with robot.txt??
Will this affect my search results if I block it with robot.txt?

I will have small blog so I can do this manualy every time I post something new.

Hello Filip,

You should read more about hashtags in URLs. Search Engines disregard hashtags.

Is this the answer:
"Google will not index a hash URL as unique content. Since hashtags are commonly used to simply reference alternate locations on a page, search engines know right off the bat that most URLs with hashtags would be duplicate content anyway."

What about the search box? If you mean the search URLs will understand they are a search result but I don't think Google will even index search results if you dont have hardcoded links in your site.
