I'm using K2 on a J!3 site and I see no way to select all the items in the backend item manager view. Since I'd like to reorder them, and there are 30 items in the category, I can't figure out how to order things from page 2 to page 1. Am I missing something here?

You can try with a bigger number in the Display # field or by numbering ordering field.

i.e. Let's say the last item in page 1 has the order No. 25 and the first item in page 2 has the No. 32. You want to move the item with No.32 to No. 22. You just put the No. 22 in its order field and click the Save button right next to the Order filter.

Thanks Yiota, but in J 3.0 there is no field for ordering, J3.0 uses the drag and drop method. I was thinking of a way to alter the number of records fetched by default, from 20 to say 50.

Sorry, I didn't know which Joomla! version you were using.
You can download the latest K2 SVN version where the Display # field is enabled and you can increase the number of showing items in the list.

Take a backup of your site first and then just install it over the other. This is the 2.5.7 version. Because this is an SVN version you will have to upgrade to the official release of this version when it goes live.
