I'm noticing when I create a page it shows up fine but when I make an update, the changes are not showing on the site. I've dumped the cache multiple times, as well as run a ipconfig /flushdns on my computer.

Are you using APC cache? Try adding a querystring on the end of your urls to force new content to appear.

You can use something Like ?f4erbrr (random characters).

Also you can check out the cache cleaner module from NoNumber, it does a pretty good job dumping the server side cache.
