I have a problem.

I live in Israel and my client wants that the calendar tool will start with sunday end not with monday.
Please help me!

There is no option for this, however you can modify the code of the plugin to your neeeds.

Open calendarClass.php (public_html/modules/mod_k2_tools/includes) go to line 392 and modify the start day eg. var $startDay = 1;
