After login, "moderate comment***" is floating!

After login, there is a bar of "moderate comments *** " floating in the middle of the website, I believe there is another one "add new item" behind it as well.

The user block have the first line and fourth line missing, only second and third line is there.

I am runing k2 on joomla 3 with helix II template.

Please help!

(BTW I tried to add png attachment here but not working...why?)

There is a conflict between bootstrap's classes and your mod_k2_user/userblock.php file.

I am sure the template developer will assist you on how to implement the default bootstrap modal in the module but for the time being you have to locate class="modal" and delete it if you want that floating box gone.
