when i click on blog button, the page opens a list of all articles available. All articles are displayed with a read more button with a display of 2-3 lines of matter.

But if we create a new item, it is seen as full item(article) in blog button live view (as like above)

You should manually specify an introtext by using your editor's read more button or by using two editors one for introtext and one for full text (You can enable them through K2's params - advanced tab.)
