Any clue as to why im getting this error.. I get it for ANY user (ive tested all access levels up to admin).

created a menu item that links to an ITEM EDIT FORM

Are your site wide permissions ok?
What about your menu type as well, is the access level set up correctly? And finally are you sure the login module is functioning properly in the frontend?
