I have a real issue with K2 vs. Babel-U-Exams. I have Joomla! 3.1.1., K2 2.6.7 and Babel-U-Exams 1.7.1.

and I'm not able to use this component. It seems, that could help to edit the K2 system plugin and add the below code to the beginning of onAfterRoute and onAfterInitialise functions this will make sure K2 doesn't mess with the testing component.
