I'm working on a new installed K2 v2.6.7 in Joomla 3.1.1 (running on IIS7). When I try to upload an miage in the K2 media manager by pressing rightmouse button->upload file, I get the error message:


Unable to upload "perfion.gif".
"" transfer error.

Note the strange filename notation. When I look in the PHP logfile I see the following message:

PHP Warning: curl_setopt_array(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in E:\inetpub\servicedesk.mega.local\libraries\joomla\http\transport\curl.php on line 143

When uploading images in the joomla mediacontentmanager there is no such problem.

ANy help appreciated

Never mind, you should read your log file :unsure: , it was the basedir setting
